Does Vitamin D Protect Against Colorectal Cancer?

For the first time, an international study showed that having normal levels of Vitamin D could actually prevent colorectal cancer (CRC).  Over the years, there has been a growing body of evidence linking CRC and Vitamin D deficiency especially in women.  Be sure to get your Vitamin D level checked.
