New Screening Recommendations For Colorectal Cancer

The American Cancer Society’s gives new screening recommendations for colorectal cancer.  Adults at average risk of developing colorectal cancer should now be screened at age 45 instead of the previous recommendation at age 50.  This is based on the American Cancer Society’s previous study that showed the rise of colon cancer among younger adults.
