5th Annual Tough Mudder

Our 5th Annual Tough Mudder Event took place at the Northstar Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe on June 9, 2018. This year’s Tough Mudder was particularly challenging due to the cool temperature and changes in the course that required a longer than usual trek up the mountain!
In addition to returning members of the Rush Mudder team and some new participants from the Bay Area, we had 2 family members from the East Coast, Jacqueline’s Aunt Laurie and Cousin Paige participate. Best of all, we had a complete stranger join us. Shuhron saw a post on a facebook page for colon cancer patients, survivors and their family/friends. Having a mother who passed away from colon cancer, she decided to join us. She is now an official Rush Mudder!
The Rush Mudders raised $10,000 for their efforts this year! Thank you to all who donated. Your contribution is vitally important to enabling us to spread awareness of Lynch Syndrome.
